On Tuesday, Aug. 13, 2019, Children Youth and Families Director Ashley Gehrdes presented the narrative portion of the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 “Needs Based Budget” to the Blair County Board of Commissioners, for submission to the Pennsylvania Office of Human Services.
The narrative outlines the successes and challenges expected for Fiscal Year 2020-21. The presentation of the fiscal portion of the budget will follow in late August.
