Pfc.Charles Wesley Dick. aged 24, a former Martinsburg young man who was serving with the infantry in France, has been wounded twice within a few weeks. His aunts, Mrs. Chalmer J. Shoeman of Julian street, and Mrs. David K. Snowberger of East Allegheny street, Martinsburg, who have been hearing from the soldier frequently, both have received letters. Mrs. Shannon had received a letter in which the young man spoke of having been wounded on the left arm on July 26.
