Allegheny Pullers Visit New Enterprise for Benefit Event

Kathryn Row, 6, of Spruce Creek, and Jacob Stover, 9, of Warriors Mark, are members of the Allegheny Pullers, based out of Cambria County. Both pull with a Cub Cadet.

The Allegheny Pullers had a show Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Southern Cove Power Reunion Grounds, New Enterprise.

This was a benefit pull with proceeds going to the Shriner Children's Hospital.

The Allegheny Pullers, based out of Chest Springs, Cambria County, schedule about 15 events a year. The Pullers started this year May 4 and will end on October 19 with their final points pull at Weakland's Track in Chest Springs.

The Pullers range in age from 6 to adults. There are 40 active members, and this is their 17th year. Community participation is accepted and welcomed.
