Central Dragons to Welcome Clearfield Bison to RS Field Friday
Senior quarterback Braden Kitt (5) leads the Central ground attack with 190 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 34 carries. The Dragons will be looking for their first 3-0 start since 2009 Friday, Sept. 7, as 2-0 Clearfield will visit the Roaring Spring Athletic Field.
Week 3 of the high school football season will feature a Mountain League showdown Friday, Sept. 6, in Roaring Spring.
A battle of 2-0 squads – Clearfield and Central – will kick off at 7 p.m. at the Roaring Spring Athletic Field.
The Bison, ranked first in the District 6 Class 4A standings with 90 points, have earned victories over DuBois (31-20) and Penns Valley Area (56-49). Clearfield is the defending District 6 Class 4A champion.
