Sept. 22, a crane and flatbed truck delivered a baby in Roaring Spring-a beautiful six-foot 1,200-pound, bronze baby dragon. It was delivered to those that represents-the students of Spring Cove Elementary School in Roaring Spring. The baby in question was the new bronze mascot created by Jason Snowberger, East freedom, as a gift to the school district. Students lucky enough to have windows facing the front of the building got a sneak peek during the installation.
