Blair Co. Twp. Officials Meet

The Blair County Association of Township Officials held its fall convention and dinner Sept. 19 at the Blair County Convention Center, Altoona.

Approximately 200 people attended. A moment of silence was held in memory of Glen Clapper, past president and secretary treasurer, who passed away in 2017.
