Child Porn Downloaded to IP Address Traced to Roaring Spring

An Altoona man is behind bars after police said he used various Wi-Fi connections, including his mother's in Roaring Spring, to download more than 100 images of child pornography on his cellphone and laptop.

Bradley D.
