Hometown Bank to Open in Woodbury

Hometown Bank of Pennsylvania will open a branch office in the former BB&T Bank building in Woodbury on Friday, Oct. 4.

The Woodbury location, 149 Main St., will mark Hometown Bank’s fifth branch office. Offices also are located in Martinsburg, Claysburg, Everett and Bedford.

Lobby and drive-up hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday. The hours will follow the branch offices in Martinsburg, Claysburg, Everett and Bedford.

Customers will be able to access accounts through automatic telephone services, through the internet, on their mobile devices and by calling the bank at (814) 766-2413.

Hometown Bank of Pennsylvania was organized in 2007 as the only locally owned and managed financial institution in Bedford County. The bank initially opened in 2007 with a branch in Everett, and later that same year, it opened a branch in Bedford.

In September 2017, the bank opened its third branch in Claysburg. The Martinsburg branch opened in September 2018.
