Central Tennis Wins Mountain League

The Lady Dragon tennis team won two of its three matches last week and wrapped up another Mountain League championship in the process.

The team has an impressive 9-4 record overall.

On Sept. 24, the Lady Dragons traveled to Huntingdon and won handily 6-1. All five singles players were victorious and none lost a set. Tomi May lost just one game, Kierra Mountain two and Lindsey Kensinger four. Aleah Trueman and Allison Brooks swept all 12 games in their wins.

Mountain and Kensinger combined for an 8-0 win in doubles, while Reagan Bush and Miranda Madden lost a tough 8-7 match.
