Shoeboxes to Be Collected At Williamsburg United Methodist

Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse, collects shoeboxes filled with school supplies, hygiene items, and fun toys, and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way.

Operation Christmas Child National Collection Week is Nov. 18-25, 2019. Williamsburg United Methodist Church, West 2nd Street, Williamsburg, is the drop-off location for this area. Hours for collection are as follows:

Week of Nov. 18

Wednesday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to Noon

Tuesday and Friday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Thursday, 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
