Trick or Treat at the Village

The Village at Morrisons Cove, Martinsburg, came alive with more than 100 giggling children dressed in Halloween costumes on Saturday, Nov. 2. The residents lined up in the hall in chairs and wheelchairs and greeted the children with smiles and goodies. Children also went upstairs at the Village to greet residents.
