Leaf Collection Underway

The annual tradition of leaf collection at Morrisons Cove Memorial Park has started in earnest last week. As the borough's orange dump truck is no longer available, board volunteers constructed a new collection box on a dump trailer to move massive amounts of leaves that are collected by the industrial leaf vacuum. The leaves are then recycled at the Martinsburg Borough collection yard.
