Grace Pointe Church Honors Veterans

"One of the most inspiring Veteran's Day Services I've ever been to," said Sgt. First Class, U.S. Army (Retired) Daryl Cole of the Grace Pointe Community Church of God's annual Veteran's Day service and dinner, on Sunday, Nov. 11.

Pastor Jim Spivey, called the service "a real honor to honor our veterans. We want them (the veterans) to know that we love them, God loves them and we are appreciative and grateful for their service."

More than 100 veterans from all the branches of the military were in attendance, and altogether more than 230 were served at the dinner at the Veteran's Memorial C...
