The Blair County Commissioners held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 12 to celebrate the re-opening of Bridge 66, which crosses Clover Creek in Woodbury Township. Featured in the celebration was the first vehicle to cross the bridge following the official opening – the Williamsburg Community School District bus assigned to the route.
