Sealed proposals will be received by the North Woodbury Township of Blair County at 113 Cranberry Road, Martinsburg, PA 16662 until 8 a.m. on January 6, 2020 for the following:

Item 5, 300 Ton +/-, 3 Stone
Item 6, 200 Ton +/-, 4 Stone
Price is product delivered.
Price is product picked-up by the Township.
Liquidated damages apply.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality.
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

NOTICE OF ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING AND REGULAR MEETING NOTICE TO APPOINT CERTIFIED PUBLIC
ACCOUNTANT NOTICE OF AUDITORS MEETING
Notice is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of the Township of North Woodbury that said Board, will hold its annual organizational meeting Monday January 6th, 2020 at 10:00am, followed immediately by the January 2020 Regular Meeting at the North Woodbury Township Municipal Building, located at the intersection of Route 866 and Cranberry Road, in North Woodbury Township, Blair County, PA. At said meeting, said Board intends to consider the appointment and may actually appoint a certified public accountant or a firm of certified public accountants, to examine the accounts of the Township for the 2019 fiscal year, in place of the elected auditors as permitted by Pennsylvania Public Law 350 of November 9, 1995, 53 Pa.Con.Stat.Ann. §65917, as amended. The North Woodbury Township Auditors will hold their organizational meeting on Tuesday January 7th, 2020 at 10:00 am, at the township building.
