Shades of Joy Ages 8-11 Second Place

Twylene Nolt, 10, of Woodbury, is the Morrisons Cove Herald's second-place winner for ages 8 to 11 in the annual Shades of Joy coloring contest. Twylene will receive a prize for her efforts.
