Samuel Beegle of Roaring Spring RD was presented with a certificate of appreciation from Habitat for Humanity of Blair County. Beegle was singled out as a distinguished volunteer. He had been an instrumental person in regard to the amount of time he had spent and the kind of knowledge he had given Habitat for Humanity.
