Central Boys Improve Record To 4-0

It was a busy and highly productive week for the Central Dragon basketball team as they swept three games including two in the Mountain League to raise their record to 4-0 on the season.

On Monday the team opened league play, hosting Penns Valley. The Dragons controlled the game throughout, leading 10-5 after one quarter and 25-14 at the break. While the Rams were connecting on just 1 of 8 free throws in the second quarter, Central connected on three shots from long range to open up their lead.

The second half was all Dragons as they outscored their opponent 30-16 to win easily 55-36.
