Emma Smith Earns Honors at Kutztown

Kutztown University recently awarded 137 President's Academic Honors Scholarships for the 2019-20 academic year, including to Emma Smith of Martinsburg. President's Academic Honors Scholarships are awarded to high school seniors who have a 3.25 cumulative weighted high school GPA and a 1270 total on the SAT or 27 composite on the ACT. The student will receive $1,000 per year for four years as long as the student participates in the Honors program and completes a minimum of 30 credits per year.
