The Claysburg-Kimmel High School girls' basketball team placed second at the Claysburg C&S Family Markets Holiday Tournament held Dec. 27-28. The Lady Bulldogs won the opener against Chestnut Ridge, 61-28. In the championship game, the Lady Bulldogs lost to Bedford, 39-31. More information will appear in the Jan. 9 edition of the Morrisons Cove Herald.
