Fire Company Receives $5,000

Pennsylvania Skill Charitable Giving recently donated $5,000 to the Martinsburg Volunteer Fire Company.

Acker said the fire company will replace tires on the tanker as well as the ladder truck. The cost of replacing the tires, which Acker hopes to complete by the end of the month, will be $8,100. He said the tires will be purchased from Gary's Tires, rural Martinsburg.
