Community Chorus Begins Preparations for Spring Concert

Despite snow, fog and freezing temperatures on Tuesday, Jan. 7, the dedicated folks of the Cove Community Chorus began practice at Bare Memorial Church of God in Roaring Spring for the spring concert.

More than 60 members and three new ones were in attendance. The group meets from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Tuesdays at Bare Memorial Church of God. New members are welcome.

The chorus is directed by Tom Kunkle. Piano accompanists are Marian Grassmyer and Sandy Harteis.

This year's concert will be entitled "I'm Gonna Sing."
