Olivia Smith on Fall Dean's List at Davis & Elkins

Davis & Elkins College student Olivia Smith of Martinsburg has achieved the dean’s list for the fall 2019 semester at the Elkins, W.Va., school. To earn the honor, full-time students must achieve a semester GPA of 3.6 to less than 4.0.
