CKHS Boys Drop 3 ICC Outings

The Claysburg-Kimmel boys’ basketball team was outscored 28-8 in the second quarter during its 80-63 setback at Bellwood-Antis on Jan. 13.

C-K led 20-11 at the end of the first quarter, but B-A grabbed a 39-28 lead at halftime following its second-quarter surge. B-A won the second half 41-35.

Kyle Glass poured in a game-high 25 points, including two 3-pointers, for C-K. Wyatt Buell hit two 3-pointers and finished with 18 points. Parker Dibert added 10 points.

Southern Fulton 57

C-K 46

At C-K on Jan. 15, Southern Fulton broke a tie at halftime with 37-26 second-half run en route to a 57-46 victory.

Kyle Glass paced the Bulldogs with a game-high 18 points. Parker Dibert hit four 3-pointers and finished with 12 points.

Mount Union 88, C-K 64

At Mount Union on Jan. 17, the host Trojans raced to a 20-point lead at halftime and cruised to an 88-64 victory over C-K.

Kyle Glass poured in a game-high 26 points, including two 3-pointers, for C-K. Parker Dibert (four 3-pointers) and Wyatt Buell (three 3-pointers) added 12 and 11 points, respectively.
