FRANCES M. (JARRETT) SMITH

Frances M. Smith, 74, of Woodbury, passed away on Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, at UPMC Altoona.

A funeral will be held privately.

Interment will be in the New Enterprise Cemetery.

Frances was born on May 16, 1945, in Broad Top Township, Bedford County, daughter of Edgar and Jessie (Winter) Jarrett.

She was united in marriage to William D. Smith on July 3, 1965, in Curryville.
