JAMES P. SIMPSON

James P. Simpson, 62, of Bellwood, formerly of Martinsburg and Saxton, passed away on Tuesday morning, Feb. 4, 2020, after a long battle with cancer.

A funeral was held on Friday, Feb. 7, at the Todd T. Thompson Funeral Home Inc., www.thompsonfh.com, Roaring Spring. Pastor Ed Jelliff officiated.

Interment was made in St. Luke's Cemetery, Saxton.

James was born on Dec. 19, 1957, in Altoona, the son of the late Clara K. (Taylor) Delaney.

He married Debra A. Baker on April 28, 1979, in Saxton.
