Here are two delicious breakfast casserole recipes.

Slow Cooker Sausage and Waffle Bake

Ingredients:

2 lb. sausage

1 Tbsp. sage

1/2 tsp fennel seed

1 package frozen waffles cut into bite-sized pieces

8 large eggs

1-1/4 cups half-and-half

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Fold two 18-inch-long pieces of foil into strips and outline the perimeter of a slow cooker with foil strips; spray with cooking spray.
