WISE Women of Blair County has announced its scholarship winners for the spring 2020 term. WISE Women of Blair County has announced the scholarship winners for the spring 2020 term.
These scholarships are available to women residents of Blair County 21 years of age and older who have overcome adversity in their lives and are pursuing post-secondary education.
A total of $10,000 was awarded to the following three women:
• Vanessa Ponder of Roaring Spring, a student at Juniata College in the bachelor degree program in education
• Makala Doyle of Altoona, who is a student in the bachelor degree program in Business Administration/Marketing Management at the Penn State Al...
