Longest Letter Ever Sent

William Klevans of Roaring Spring and Charles Ake Jr. of North Martinsburg assisted in bringing the bodies of two dead airmen down from the mountain eight or nine miles northeast of Tipton.

The men were missing for over a week. George Brackett, son-in-law of Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Shultz of Altoona and Leonard Shade, aviation instructor at the Congressional airfield in Washington, D.C.
