THOMAS A. LEWIS

Thomas A. Lewis, 61, of Martinsburg, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2020, at UPMC Altoona.

A memorial service will be set at a later date at the convenience of the family.

Thomas was born on Sept. 15, 1958, in Roaring Spring, the son of Hazel (Clabaugh) Lewis and the late Thomas C. Lewis.

He is survived by his mother, of Martinsburg; two sisters: Shelby Knox and husband Steve of Oil City and Melody Speck and husband Frank of Williamsburg; a brother, Rusty Lewis of Martinsburg; along with numbers of nieces and nephews.

Thomas was a 1976 graduate of Central High School, Martinsburg.
