For the past two weeks, an ornery little leprechaun, Jack has been visiting my classroom at Bright Beginnings in Roaring Spring. Little Jack has been doing all sorts of naughty things to the classroom and leaving silly but loving notes to my preschoolers daily. Next Tuesday, we will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with leprechaun traps games and cooking. Here are two kid-friendly recipes that we will be serving next week.
