Woodbury Borough Council accepted the resignation of Councilmember George Hershberger on Monday, March 2.
Shane Suter was sworn in by Secretary Barb Wilt to replace Hershberger.
Council is reviewing old ordinance dates between 1910 and 1914 relating to sidewalks. This was sent to the solicitor's office for review to begin updating this ordinance.
No mayor's report was given as the office remains vacant.
