Fourteen days! Can you believe it?

If you’re like me, you are thinking, “Great. Fourteen days off of work! This is like a mini-vacation!” But for readers with children, it’s often frantic and crazy trying to find a babysitter on such short notice, or finding the time to entertain the kids.

I had the pleasure of watching one of my “children” (one of my preschoolers) while our daycare had shut down due to regulations. What better way to spend time with kids than making lunch in the kitchen? It has the added advantage of taking their eyes off that phone or tablet for a while.
