PAUL WILLIAM 'BILL' COWAN

Paul William "Bill" Cowan, 70, of rural Martinsburg, passed away on Wednesday morning, March 11, 2020, in rural Martinsburg.

A memorial service was held on Monday, March 16, 2020, at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., www.bolgerfuneralhome.com, Martinsburg. Pastor H. Lloy Blattenberger officiated.

Private inurnment was held at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.

He was born in Roaring Spring, son of the late Paul H. and Lois E. (Smith) Cowan.
