Freedom Township Public Notice

The Freedom Township Audit for the year of 2019 has been completed and is available for review. If you would like to review the 2019 Audit please call Lisa Edmundson at 814-695-8051.

As required by the second class township code (section 904), Freedom Township is audited each year. This audit reviews the financial activity of the township and prepares the required financial statements to be submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economical Development (DCED). The 2019 Audit was performed by Young, Oakes, Brown & Co., P.C.

The regular April monthly meeting for the North Woodbury Township Board of Supervisors has been postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions, and will be rescheduled at a later date. Also, we are canceling the bid project until further notice.

Accepting Sealed Bids

The Roaring Spring Borough is accepting sealed bids until 4 p.m., April 13, 2020, for the sale of a 2013 Ford-Taurus Police Interceptor-3.5L, V6 Motor with 97,900 miles. Vehicle needs a new transmission.

This vehicle may be seen by contacting the Roaring Spring Borough Office at (814) 224-4814 Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

All bids must be clearly marked “2013” Ford Taurus” and forwarded to the Roaring Spring Borough, PO Box 33, Roaring Spring, PA 16673. These bids will be opened at the regular monthly meeting of the Roaring Spring Borough on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 6 p.m. The Roaring Spring Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
