BPW Surprises Forshey

Three long-time members were recognized by the Martinsburg Business and Professional Women’s Club for their length of service. Receiving certificates were Teddie Wineland, 25-year member; Elsie Hinish, 26-year member; and Isabelle Forshey, 38-year member and the club’s 1995 Woman of the Year. Forshey had held the office of club president twice. She was currently the club parliamentarian, a position she had been holding for 30 years. She would be the club’s nominee for the District 5 BPW title of Woman of the Year.
