Webinar Will Help Ease Anxiety

Staying connected to loved ones while maintaining social distancing can help ease anxiety in older adults.

The Penn State Extension is offering a “Strategies for Engaging Older Adults in this Era of Social Distancing” webinar at 2 p.m. on April 15.

The program will provide information about intergenerational programs and practices in an age of anxiety and uncertainty. This session will feature Dr. Matt Kaplan, professor within Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences’ Intergenerational Programs and Aging department.
