90 Flags to Fly in M-burg

Martinsburg Borough Council learned that 90 U.S. Flags would be placed on utility poles along Market and Allegheny streets for the Memorial Day and July 4 holidays, provided by D. Merl Tipton VFW Post 43. Police Chief Richard A. Brantner said that he would put up the flags, with the assistance of any volunteers who would like to help.
