Construction at Claysburg Park

Joe Stewart, a worker with Altoona-based BCS Construction, uses a laser level Monday, May 11, after while constructing a handicap-accessible walkway at the Claysburg Area Community Park. It's part of a major project at the park to make the entire facility handicap accessible. They are about midway through the project.
