3.25 Mill Increase

The Williamsburg School Board approved its proposed final budget to reflect a 3.25 mill increase on real estate tax.

Four area baseball and softball teams will begin their quest for district gold today, May 20.

The postseason for District 6 will feature baseball teams from Central and Williamsburg, while CHS and Claysburg-Kimmel will be represented on the softball diamond.

North Woodbury Township will go along with a Blair County recommendation and not challenge The Village at Morrisons Cove’s request for the new community center building to be tax exempt.
