CKSD to Recognize 60 Seniors in Drive-In Style

 

The Claysburg-Kimmel School District has purchased two class billboards that recently went up along Dunnings Highway. Each senior will receive a custom yard sign, the Claysburg Education Foundation purchased each senior their iPads to keep, and the district is giving each senior a lifetime pass to all future C-K activities.

Claysburg-Kimmel High School will hold a "drive-in" style commemcement ceremony for the Class of 2020 on Sunday, May 31.

Graduation will begin at 2 p.m. and will occur in the student parking lot behind the high school.

Due to space constraints, access will be limited to graduates and their immediate families (one car per graduate).

The ceremony will resemble a normal commencement ceremony except all participants will stay in their cars.
