Memorial Park Plans to Open June 1; Sets Guidelines

The following information is based on guidance received from, but not limited to the Center for Disease Control, Gov. Tom Wolf’s office, Sen. Judy Ward’s office, the Blair County Commissioner’s office, Pennsylvania Society of Parks and Recreation, Bedford County Chamber of Commerce, Windber Recreation Commission and Martinsburg Library Association.

Consultation of said plans were shared with the Martinsburg Borough manager and the Martinsburg Chief of Police pending approval from the Board of Directors for the Morrisons Cove Memorial Park Association, Incorporated.
