Animals With Needs Get Some 'Love' During Pandemic

One of the community organizations hit hard by COVID-19 has been the Blair County Humane Society.

With the cancellation of key fundraising events and the recent vandalism, the Humane Society has been operating on a tight budget, focusing what money it has on sustaining core needs. That meant that a segment of the animals, those with special needs, would have to go without.

The organization is asking for the kind of help recently provided by Saleme Insurance of Altoona.
