The State has just completed the construction of a state road through Woodbury and began removing the surplus dirt from the roadside, which greatly improved the appearance of the town.

The Martinsburg planing mill property was advertised for sale by the liquidating partner, George W. Geist.

C.F. Shriner killed a six-foot black snake in Jerome Kagarise’s potato patch at Salemville.

New Enterprise reported that every available space in their auditorium was filled with people from far and near who came to hear the lecture given by Hon.William Jennings Bryan.
