RS Police Find Four 'Large' Bags of Marijuana in Spang Street Stop

According to a criminal complaint filed by the Roaring Spring Police, at approximately 8:16 p.m. on May 26, a maroon-colored Jeep Cherokee traveling south sped through a red light at the intersection of Woodbury Pike and Spang Street.

The officer followed the Jeep into the Turkey Hill parking lot and observed a male passenger, later identified as Torrein R. Crutcher, 32, of Altoona, go into the store with a backpack on his shoulder.
