Cove Rallies to Save Ag Parade from Becoming Another COVID Casualty

A post on Facebook Friday evening, June 5, caused a great outcry in the home of the “world’s largest small town parade.” The Morrisons Cove Parade Committee posted a graphic announcing: “Parade postponed out of consideration for public health. Thank you for your understanding.” However, the caption below went further, adding, “With great sadness and an abundance of caution, the Martinsburg Agricultural Parade is cancelled for this year. Hope to see you next year and at our Christmas Parade.”
