Thirty-Four Students Earn Diplomas at Williamsburg

Williamsburg High School graduate Hailee Jones was among 34 students receiving diplomas during the graduation ceremony that took place at the school's football stadium Friday, May 29. Her boyfriend, Malcolm Loucks, accompanied her.

Applauses were car horns and attendees sat in cars circling the high school football field; "this is not the graduation we might have expected, but it's definitely one you will not forget," Michael Jones, Williamsburg High School principal, said welcoming the Class of 2020 to commencement activities on Friday, May 29. Jones joked that it was "20 years" since he graduated high school, and "it was nothing like this."
