Ex-Sheriff Visits Reformatory

Ex-sheriff Stiffler of Blair County and Levi Bolger of Martinsburg visited the Reformatory at Huntingdon.

Daniel Ott tendered his resignation from Town Council, high constable and street commissioner and accepted a position in Altoona.

The county commissioners were notified that they are in charge of enforcing a new compulsory education law.

Wilson S. Kagarise of Salemville died at his residencer of dropsy of the brain at the age of about 50. He was brother of E.S. Kagarise of Martinsburg.
