Blair Nursing Homes Recognized for 'Exemplary Service'

The Blair County Emergency Management Agency on Thursday, July 2, recognized Blair County's nursing homes to recognize their exemplary service during the COVID-19 pandemic

Mark Taylor, Blair County director of Public Safety, led the recognition event at Park Hills Country Club in Altoona. The event was held outside in the patio area with masks in place and social distancing maintained.

Blair County Commissioner Amy Webster, State Sen. Judith Ward and State Rep. Jim Gregory were in attendance.
