Two R.S. Men Charged with Firearm Purchase Violation


Two Roaring Spring men are awaiting their preliminary hearings after being charged with a third-degree felony of false written statement in the purchase of a firearm.

Terry Michael Pronchick, 41 of Roaring Spring, attempted to purchase a firearm at Walmart near Freedom Junction on Feb. 29.

Pronchick filled out the ATF form 4473, also known as the Firearms Transaction Record form, and answered “No” to question 11 (c) which asks, “Have you ever been convicted in any court of a felony, or any other crime for which the judge could have imprisoned you for more than one year, even if you r...
